Can I try the app before subscribing?
Yes. We offer a free demo so you can explore all the features of Colindar before making a decision. Access it from our website.
What does the Complete Plan initial setup include?
Our Technical Team takes care of setting up the application for your community: creating common areas, configuring calendars, schedules and booking rules according to your community's needs.
How do in-app payments work?
With the Premium payments solution, the app automatically charges residents when they make bookings. You simply review the daily income generated by your facilities. Forget about collecting payments and keeping track of money.
What do I need for automatic door opening?
The home automation solution requires specific hardware components. From 251 EUR/year plus an initial quote for the automation components. Contact us and we will advise you on the best solution for your community.
How is billing handled?
All plans are billed annually. The monthly prices shown in the calculator are indicative to help you compare the cost per property.
